2. Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all items withing 24 Hours if order placed and confirmed before 1 pm will be dispatched same day, but in some cases please allow up to 2 business days. All items will be dispatched via Royal mail or Parcelforce, collecting is always an option for our customers. It is the customers responsibility to request us to add postal insurance as we will not accept liability for lost items.
International postage will vary so please contact us before purchase.
3. Refunds/Cancellation
Please be aware once you have committed to purchase an item on our site you can not cancel due to the conflict this can cause such as item being dispatched or work being ordered (dismantlement). Refund can be issued if the item is fault or damaged within reason and within 7 days or dispatch.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards around the world, Paypal, bank transfer, bankers draft and Cheques will take up to 10 business days to process so please allow this time before we dispatch your item.
